Why is it when you imagine your dream house you never think about the A/C unit?

It's huge, obnoxious, and not super attractive. That's why.

I have a problem with our A/C incase you couldn't tell.

The problem is that not only did our dogs as puppies dig behind it, they also ate the wiring. Twice.

So, the hubby and I decided to make a solution. We wanted to a fun DYI project that would look good but still be easy.

I did what most sensible people would do. I turned to Pinterest. I found a cool fancy one HERE. So I DYI'd.

So we gathered some supplies (by supplies I mean pallets) and did some cutting:

Put it together:

Look how great it looks:

Not that rustic pallet isn't cute, we loved it on the bench. But here we wanted to paint it white.

We love it. Doesn't it look SO much better back there? Plus, know we have sort of a cute country theme going in our backyard with all the little pallet stuff.
